Calling “older” Moms who love (or want) to blog!

Is the big “50” looming on the road ahead, or already in your rear-view mirror? Are you dealing with parenting issues (for little or big kids) along with those extra-special treats of aging—perimenopause, entering the sandwich generation, and a body that seems to be changing nearly as much as it did in pregnancy?

The Silicon Valley Moms group is launching 50 Something Moms, our first national collaborative blog just for moms like you, a sister site to Silicon Valley Moms Blog, Chicago Moms Blog, DC Metro Moms Blog, and New York City Moms Blog.

To be considered as one of our initial group of contributors, you must:
    * Be closer to 50 than to 40 or 60.
    * Be a mother.
  * Love to write and be willing share your HONEST experiences about aging and parenting. If you've got a perfect life, tell your mother, your sister, or your best friend; if you're struggling to do the best you can, can laugh at your mistakes, rant about your disasters, or cry about your tragedies, we want to hear from you. Tell us about your view of the world through the eyes of a 50-plus-or-minus-something mom.

If interested, email us at info(at)svmoms.com If you’re already one of our contributors, tell us what site is your home. If not, submit two writing samples as potential posts or provide us with the URL of your personal blog.
